Link provider subscription to your account

If you subscribe to HBO Max via a provider, they will let you know how you can link your subscription to an HBO Max account. You can also use the provider sign-in steps below. Once you link your subscription, you can sign in using your HBO Max email and password.

Here's how to register your provider subscription using your TV:

On your TV:

Open HBO Max, choose the Profile icon , and then choose Sign In.
If you're already signed in, see How do I sign out?
Choose Sign in with a Provider.
Stay on the screen with the 6-character code while you grab your phone or computer.

On your phone or computer:

Open a web browser and go to: hbomax.com/activate.
Enter the 6-character code that appears on your TV and then choose Next. Code not working?
Choose your provider. I don't see my provider.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create an HBO Max account and link it to your subscription through KPN, Odido, or VodafoneZiggo TV.

Now you can sign in on any device using your HBO Max email and password.

Open HBO Max and then tap the Profile icon .
Tap Sign in to your account.
If you're already signed in, tap your profile (upper right), the Settings icon , and then scroll down and choose Sign Out.
Tap Sign in with a Provider.
Choose your provider. I don't see my provider
Follow the on-screen instructions to create an HBO Max account and link it to your subscription through through KPN or VodafoneZiggo TV.

Now you can sign in on any device using your HBO Max email and password.
