When will my plan change take effect?
The effective date depends on the change:
- If you change to a lower-priced plan, your plan change will happen on your next billing date.
- If you change to a higher-priced plan, your plan change happens immediately. Samsung will give you a credit for the remaining time on your subscription and apply it to your new plan. Your next billing date will be adjusted once the credit is used.
- If you only change your billing period (monthly or yearly), your change will happen on your next billing date.
