Sign in to HBO Max

Here's how to sign in to HBO Max:

1. On the Sign In screen, do one of the following:
• Already have an account? Enter your HBO Max account email and choose Continue.
  -or-
• Don't have an HBO Max account yet? If you get HBO Max through an internet, mobile, or TV provider, choose sign in here and follow the New subscription steps.
2. Choose the next screen you see:
   
   Sign In

   To finish signing in, do the following:

   1. Enter your HBO Max password and choose Sign In.
      If you can't sign in, try resetting your password.
   2. Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.
   Enter the One-Time Code

   To finish signing in, do the following:

   1. Check your inbox for an email sent by HBO Max (email subject: Time Sensitive: Your One-Time HBO Max Code). This email should arrive within a few minutes. Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).
   2. Enter the 6-character code from your email and choose Submit Code.
   3. Enter a password for your account and choose Create Password.
   4. Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.
   Can't Sign In

   We didn't find an account with the email address you entered. Do one of the following:

   • Try another email address. If you have another email that could be associated with your HBO Max account, choose Try signing in again and enter a different email address. Need help? Go to Find your account email.
   • Set up your HBO Max account. If you have a new HBO Max subscription through an internet, mobile, or TV provider, follow the New subscription steps.
   • Subscribe and create an account. If you don't yet have an HBO Max subscription or an account, choose Sign Up Now (upper-right).

New subscription?

If you have a new subscription through an internet, mobile, or TV provider, here's how to set up an HBO Max account:

1. Choose the company you get HBO Max (or HBO) through, or type their name in the Search box. My provider isn't listed.
2. On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

3. Complete the account form and choose Create Account.
4. Choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.
