You can subscribe to HBO Max through many providers. Some subscription providers offer plans with monthly or yearly billing.

Basic with Ads

Standard

Premium
- Stream on 4 devices at once
- Stream in 4K UHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR 10 on select titles
- Up to 100 offline downloads (limits apply)
Premium & Sports (current subscribers only)
- Stream Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2
- Stream on 4 devices at once
- Stream in 4K UHD, Dolby Atmos, Dolby Vision, and HDR 10 on select titles
- Up to 100 offline downloads (limits apply)
Watching sports is limited to 2 devices at once. Channels, live content, replays, and sports (where included in your plan) contain ads. All plans may contain sponsorship and Cross-Promotional Content.
Add sports to your plan
You can add the Sports Add-On to any base subscription plan. To find out how to add sports to your base plan, go to Sports Add-On.

Here's how to find your subscription plan:
- In HBO Max, do one of the following:
- Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
- TV device: Choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription. (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
- Here you'll find your current plan and billing period.

Depending on your provider, you may be able to change your subscription plan. Here's how:
- In HBO Max, do one of the following:
- Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Subscription.
- TV device: Choose the Settings icon
and then Subscription. (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
- Take note of who your subscription is billed through and find them below:
- Amazon Appstore (in select countries)
- Apple
- Google Play
- HBO Europe s.r.o., HBO Nordic AB, or Discovery Communications Benelux B.V.
- Samsung TV
- Vodafone (Portugal only): To change your plan, contact Vodafone or sign in to your Vodafone account at Vodafone.com.
