How you get the bundle depends on whether you've subscribed to HBO Max or Videoland before:

Current HBO Max or Videoland subscriber?

If you have an existing HBO Max subscription, go to How do I switch to the bundle? Current Videoland subscribers should switch to the bundle via Videoland.

Sign up on the web

You can sign up for the bundle on the web through HBO Max or Videoland.

Here's how to sign up for the bundle at HBOMax.com:

Go to HBOMax.com/bundle/videoland and choose the bundle that's best for you.
Note You can select the Sports Add-on after you've chosen a bundle.
Enter an email address for your HBO Max account. Looks like you have an existing subscription message.
Already have an account? Enter the email address associated with your HBO Max account.
Do one of the following:
- New subscriber: Complete the account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in to HBO Max with this info.
- Returning subscriber: Enter your HBO Max password and choose Sign In.
Add your payment info and start your subscription.
Choose Set up Videoland to set up your Videoland account.

Now you can sign in and stream HBO Max on any HBO Max supported device. Your subscription will continue until you cancel.

Note Each service requires a separate registration. You are contracting with HBO Nordic AB when you subscribe via HBO Max. The HBO Max Terms of Use apply to the bundle subscription, the billing process, and the use of HBO Max. The Videoland Terms of Use will apply only to the use of Videoland. HBO Max will share your email address and subscription status with Videoland for the purpose of subscription and account management. See Videoland Privacy Policy for details.

If you haven't set up your Videoland account, go to Activate my accounts and choose Signed up at HBOMax.com.

How you activate depends on how you signed up for the bundle.

If you signed up for the bundle through Videoland at Videoland.com, you'll need to activate your HBO Max account. Here's how:

Sign in to Videoland at videoland.com/inloggen on your phone, tablet, or computer and go to your profile.
Choose Activate HBO Max Account.
On the first HBO Max screen, enter an email address for your HBO Max account and choose Continue.
Get the 6-digit code from the text message or email sent by HBO Max (email subject: Time Sensitive: Your One-Time HBO Max Code). The message should arrive within a few minutes.
Enter the 6-digit code from the text message or email. If prompted, fill out the account creation form and choose Create Account. Code not working?
Choose Start Streaming, and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

If you don't activate your HBO Max account when you sign up for the bundle, Videoland will send you a reminder email with activation steps.

Here's how to switch to the bundle. We recommend signing up using your existing HBO Max or Videoland subscription.

Things to know

You can sign up for the HBO Max & Videoland Bundle on the web directly through HBO Max or Videoland. You can manage your subscription at any time.
If you don't want multiple subscriptions, make sure to manage any existing subscriptions.
The HBO Max Sports Add-On is available separately with any of the HBO Max & Videoland Bundle options. You can purchase the Sports Add-On through the same service you purchased your bundle from (HBO Max or Videoland).

Before managing your subscription, determine your billing provider:

Choose who bills you for HBO Max and follow the instructions:

You can change your HBO Max plan to the bundle. Here's how:

Sign in to HBO Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
Choose your profile and then Subscription.
(Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
Choose Change Your Plan.
On the Bundles tab, choose the bundle that's best for you, then continue.
Review your plan change and choose Confirm & Pay Now.
Choose Set up Videoland to set up your Videoland account.

The plan change takes effect immediately and your next billing date will be adjusted. You'll be charged for the HBO Max & Videoland Bundle and HBO Nordic AB will apply a credit for any time that remains from your previous subscription plan.

Trying to purchase the Sports Add-On? You need to complete your HBO Max & Videoland Bundle purchase first. Then, you can manage the Sports Add-On.

Already subscribed to the Sports Add-On? If you're currently subscribed to HBO Max, your existing Sports Add-On subscription will automatically transfer when you switch to the HBO Max & Videoland Bundle.

Troubleshooting

If you can't sign in to HBO Max or Videoland after subscribing to the bundle, your account may not be activated.

How did you sign up for the bundle?

If you signed up for the bundle via Videoland, you need to activate your HBO Max account. Here's how:

Sign in to Videoland at videoland.com/inloggen.
Choose Activate HBO Max. You'll be redirected to the HBO Max activation flow.
On the first HBO Max screen, enter an email address for your HBO Max account and select Continue.
You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS or email from HBO Max (email subject: Time-sensitive: Your one-time HBO Max code). The message should arrive within a few minutes.
Enter the 6-digit code from the SMS or email. If prompted, complete the account creation form and select Create account. Having trouble with the code?
Choose Start streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

If you don't activate your HBO Max account during the sign up process, Videoland will send you a reminder email with the activation steps. You can also activate your HBO Max account at any time at Videoland.com.

If you get this message, you can choose from 2 options:

Continue to Purchase: If you complete your bundle purchase, your new bundle subscription will not automatically replace your existing HBO Max subscription. If you don't want multiple subscriptions, you can select a new plan or manage your HBO Max subscription.
Go Back to HBO Max: This option takes you back to your active subscription. To sign up for the bundle, first manage your active HBO Max subscription.

If your one-time code isn't working, get a new code. Here's how:

On the Enter the One-Time Code screen, choose Get New Code.
Open the most recent One-Time Code email and grab the new code.
Enter the 6-character code from your email and choose Submit Code.
Enter a password and continue.
Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

If this step doesn't work, here are a few more things to try:

Search all of your email accounts for an email from HBO Max.
Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).

Once you find the email account associated with HBO Max emails, get a new code and check this email address.
