Connect Prime Video Channels to HBO Max
Connect to a different provider
If you get HBO Max through a different provider, go to Activate HBO Max.
If you signed up for HBO Max through Prime Video, here's how to activate HBO Max:
- On your phone or computer, go to HBOMax.com/login.
- On the sign-in screen, choose create an HBO Max account (below Don't have an HBO Max account yet?).
- Select Prime Video and then sign in to your Amazon account.
- Do one of the following:
- New subscribers: Follow the New subscribers steps above to create your HBO Max account.
- Returning subscribers: Follow the Returning subscribers steps above to link your subscription to your existing account.

How do I exit the 'Connect Your Provider' screen?
To leave the Connect Your Provider screen and sign in:
- Do one of the following:
- Android phone, tablet, or HBOMax.com: Choose the HBO Max icon (upper-left corner).
- iPhone or iPad: Choose Cancel (top of screen) > Cancel (if needed) > OK.
- Choose Sign In.
