HBO Max | HBO Max subscribers in the UK and Ireland can watch the 2026 Commonwealth Games live on HBO Max.

During the Games, you can find live events on the HBO Max Home screen, by choosing Glasgow 2026 (top of screen), or by searching for ‘Commonwealth Games’.

Replay: Replays of select events are available for a limited time. To watch them, search HBO Max for the event (e.g., 'Boxing').

The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games feature 10 sports and 6 para sports events, including:

Netball
Swimming and para swimming
Track cycling and para track cycling
Weightlifting and para powerlifting

All events are available live, and select replays and highlights are available after events end. Training and qualifying sessions may not be available due to broadcasting rights.

Replays are available for a limited time. If you have a TNT Sports plan (not available in Ireland), replays may be available for up to 365 days after the Games. With an Entertainment plan, replays may be available for up to 30 days.

Streaming in 4K is not available for the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

In-player alerts: Alerts let you know about key moments in related sports events—for example, when a goal is scored. Choose the alert to start watching the other event. Select the Alerts icon in the video player to turn alerts on or off.

Replays and highlights: Replays and highlights are available for select events.

You can stream the Commonwealth Games on any supported HBO Max device.

Multiview is available for competitions with multiple live streams at one time.

Things to know about Multiview:

Multiview: To watch more action on one screen, choose a pre-set Multiview stream (go to Sports and choose a live sport with Multiview).

Supported devices: Multiview is available on phones, tablets, computers, and TV devices.

Change focus: Use the directional buttons on your TV remote, computer keyboard, or mouse to switch between views.

Full screen: Switch the focus to the view you want to expand, then press the select button on your TV remote (Enter on your computer keyboard) to enter Full screen. To return to the Multiview stream, press the back button. Expanding Multiview to full screen is not available on phones and tablets.

Captions: Captions appear at the bottom of the screen for the focused view. To turn captions on or off, enter Full screen, choose the Audio and Subtitles icon , then choose English – CC or Off. For more info, go to Subtitles, captions, and audio . Captions are not available in Multiview on phones and tablets.

If you can't see captions while watching in Multiview, try updating your HBO Max app to the latest version. For help, go to Install HBO Max on supported devices and choose your device.

Audio: By default, audio plays for the top-left view.
Computer and TV device: When you change the focus, the audio changes to the focused view.
Phone and tablet: Open the Audio and Subtitles menu and choose one of the available options.

Note You can't change what appears in the pre-set Multiviews.
