Forgot my HBO Max email or password

1. Do one of the following:
   
   • On the HBO Max sign-in screen, choose Forgot Password?
   • Go to HBO.Max.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter your HBO Max account email and choose Submit. Forgot your account email?
3. Check your inbox for an HBO Max Password Reset email. This email should arrive within a few minutes.
4. Open the most recent Password Reset email and choose Reset Your Password.
5. Enter a new password and choose Save.

Now, sign in with your account email and your new password.

If you don't get an HBO Max Password Reset email, go to Can't reset password.

1. Open HBO Max on your Apple TV and choose Sign In.
2. Choose Use Email Address.
3. Choose Forgot Password?
4. Enter your HBO Max account email and choose Submit. Forgot your account email?
5. Check your inbox for an HBO Max Password Reset email. This email should arrive within a few minutes.
6. Open the most recent Password Reset email and choose Reset Your Password.
7. Enter a new password and choose Save.

Now, sign in with your account email and your new password.

If you don't get an HBO Max Password Reset email, go to Can't reset password.

• Search all of your email accounts for email from HBO Max.
• Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).

Once you find the email account associated with HBO Max emails, try signing in with this email address.

If you're signed in on a device, here's how to find your account email:

1. In HBO Max, do one of the following:
   • Phone, tablet, or computer: Choose your profile and then Account.
   • TV device: Choose the Settings icon and then Account.
2. Take note of your account email address.

Do you have another email address that could be associated with your account? If you do, try these steps:

1. Go to HBO.Max.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter another email address of yours and choose Submit.
3. Wait a few minutes and check your inbox for an HBO Max Password Reset email.

If there's an account associated with the email that you entered, you'll get an HBO Max Password Reset email. If you don't get this email, try these steps for each of your email accounts.
