Here's how to activate TNT Sports via HBO Max with your BT/EE subscription:

Here's how to activate your TNT Sports via HBO Max through O2 subscription:

1. Once you subscribe to TNT Sports through O2, watch for an email from O2.
2. Open the message from O2 and choose the link in the activation email.
3. Enter a new email address or the existing email address associated with your HBO Max account.
4. If prompted, do one of the following:
• New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account.
• Returning subscribers: Check your inbox for an email sent by HBO Max (email subject: Time Sensitive: Your One-Time HBO Max Code) and enter the 6-digit code from your email. This email should arrive within a few minutes. Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).
5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to go!

You can now sign in to TNT Sports via HBO Max on any supported device.

If you signed up for TNT Sports via HBO Max through Prime Video, here's how to activate:

1. On your phone or computer, go to HBOMax.com/login.
2. On the sign-in screen, choose create an HBO Max account (below Don't have an HBO Max account yet?).
3. Select Prime Video and then sign in to your Amazon account.
4. Do one of the following:

• New subscribers: Follow the New subscribers steps above to create your HBO Max account.
• Returning subscribers: Follow the Returning subscribers steps above to link your subscription to your existing account.

If you subscribed to TNT Sports via Sky, you can activate TNT Sports via HBO Max directly from your Sky device.

Note Make sure you're signed out from any HBO Max account on your Sky device before you start the activation process.

Here's how to activate:

1. On your Sky home screen, choose HBO Max and choose Continue.
2. On the Welcome screen, choose Get Started.
3. Enter a new email address or the existing email address associated with your HBO Max account.
   Note If you subscribed to HBO Max via Sky in another country or region, you'll need to enter a new email address.
4. If prompted, do one of the following:
• New subscribers: Complete the account form and choose Create Account.
• Returning subscribers: Check your inbox for an email sent by HBO Max (email subject: Time Sensitive: Your One-Time HBO Max Code) and enter the 6-digit code from your email. This email should arrive within a few minutes. Be sure to search all inbox folders (including Promotions, Junk, and Spam).
5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to go!

You can now sign in to TNT Sports via HBO Max on any supported device using your sign in info.

You can now sign in to HBO Max on any supported device using your HBO Max email and password.

Here's how to activate your TNT Sports via HBO Max through Virgin Media subscription:

1. Once you subscribe to HBO Max through Virgin Media, watch for an email with the subject line: 'Enjoy Complimentary Access to TNT Sports via HBO Max'.
2. Open the message from your provider and choose Activate TNT Sports.
3. Follow the prompts to create or link to your HBO Max account.

Now you can sign in with your HBO Max account and stream on any plan-supported device.

To create your TNT Sports / HBO Max account:

1. On the first screen, enter an email address for your TNT Sports / HBO Max account and choose Continue.
   (If you previously had TNT Sports / HBO Max, follow the Returning subscribers steps below.)
2. Complete the Create Your Account form and choose Create Account. You'll sign in with this info.
3. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now, you can sign in on any supported device using your account email and password.

To link your new subscription to your existing account, do the following:

1. On the first screen, enter the email address for your existing TNT Sports / HBO Max account and choose Continue.
2. Check your inbox for an email from HBO Max with a one-time code (email subject: Your One-Time HBO Max Code).
3. Enter the code from the email.
4. Confirm that you want to connect the subscription billed through your provider to your existing account.
5. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to stream.

Now, you can sign in on any supported device using your TNT Sports / HBO Max email and password.

Didn't get the one-time code email?

• Search all of your inbox folders for an email from HBO Max (including your Promotions, Junk, and Spam folder).
• Choose Get New Code on the enter code screen and check your email again.

Here's how to change your plan:

1. Sign in to HBO Max on your phone, tablet, or computer. Can't sign in?
2. Choose your profile and then Subscription.
   (Only Adult profiles can manage subscriptions.)
3. Choose Change Your Plan.
   No change plan option? Take note of who your subscription is billed through (top of screen) and go to How do I change plans?
4. Choose a subscription plan that includes HBO Max and TNT Sports.

Once your subscription is updated, you'll get an email confirming the change.

If you have TNT Sports as a standalone subscription, you can sign up for HBO Max separately. Open Prime Video Channels, find the HBO Max tile, then choose a plan and sign up.

If you have the Sky Ultimate package, you get access to the HBO Max Basic with Ads plan. If you've already activated your TNT Sports subscription, you can automatically access HBO Max shows and movies in the HBO Max app. You can also change your plan in the My Sky app or at sky.com.

1. Sign in to HBO Max, find a title you want to watch, and choose Get Access.
   You can also open HBO Max and choose your profile > Subscription > Get Access to More Content.
2. Choose a subscription plan and billing period, then continue.
3. Add your payment method and start your subscription.
   Your bank may require you to verify your identity with 3D-Secure before authorising the transaction. If you have trouble with 3D-Secure, please contact your bank.
4. Choose Start Streaming and you're ready to watch HBO Max.

Now you can sign in and stream HBO Max on any supported device. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

If you're billed through the Amazon Appstore, here's how to cancel:

1. Go to Amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions and sign in to your Amazon account.
2. In the Your Subscriptions section, find HBO Max and turn off auto-renewal.

You should get an email from Amazon confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period. For more help, go to Amazon's Manage your subscriptions article.

If you're billed through Apple, here's how to cancel:

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
   If you don't have an iOS device, go to Apple's Cancel a subscription article.
2. Choose your name.
3. Choose Subscriptions (if prompted, log in with your Apple Account).
4. Choose HBO Max in your list of subscriptions and then Cancel Subscription.
   Can't find it? Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase your subscription. For help, go to Apple's Can't find subscription article.

You should get an email from Apple confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

If you're billed through Google, here's how to cancel:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
   To cancel on your computer, go to Google's Cancel a subscription on Google Play article.
2. At the top, choose your profile icon.
3. Choose Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
4. Choose HBO Max in your list of subscriptions and then Cancel subscription.
   Can't find it? Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to purchase your subscription. For help, go to Cancel Google-billed subscription.

You should get an email from Google Play confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

If you're billed through Roku, here's how to cancel:

1. On your Roku remote, press the Home button.
   To cancel on your phone or computer, go to Roku's Cancel a subscription article.
2. Use the directional pad on your remote to highlight HBO Max.
3. Press the Star button (*) to open the Options menu.
4. Choose Manage subscription and then Cancel subscription. If Manage subscription isn't available, try these same steps on each Roku you own.

You should get an email from Roku confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period.

If you're billed through Samsung, here's how to cancel:

1. Go to samsungcheckout.com and sign in to your Samsung account.
   To cancel on your Samsung TV, go to Samsung's Cancel subscription article.
2. From the Purchase History menu, choose Subscriptions.
3. Find your HBO Max subscription and choose Unsubscribe.

Once cancelled, you should get an email from Samsung confirming your cancellation. You can stream until your subscription expires at the end of your billing period. If you need help cancelling your Samsung-billed subscription, contact us.

2. Find HBO Max or TNT Sports in the Your Channels section.
3. Choose the Cancel Channel option and confirm.
