App stores

App Store Subscriptions

App store subscriptions aren't available in all countries. If you can't subscribe via an app store, you can sign up at HBOMax.com.

You can sign up using the HBO Max app and then sign in on any supported device.

Note As of 9 March 2026, new Apple-billed subscriptions are no longer available. If you sign up using the HBO Max app on an Apple device, your subscription will be billed directly through us (WarnerMedia Direct Latin America).

Internet, mobile, and TV providers

To find out if your provider supports HBO Max, go to HBOMax.com/provider and search for your provider.

Once you sign up through a provider, you need to Connect your provider before signing in to HBO Max (exceptions noted below).

Claro, Movistar, Mundo, Totalplay, or Telefónica

If you recently signed up for HBO Max through Claro (Colombia only), Movistar (Argentina or Chile), Mundo, Totalplay, or Telefónica (Chile only), you need to activate HBO Max before signing in to HBO Max the first time. If you don't have activation instructions, contact your provider for help activating HBO Max.

Prime Video Channels (Colombia and Mexico only)

Prime Video Channels in Colombia, and Mexico.

Once you sign up through Prime Video Channels, you can stream all of HBO Max using the Prime Video app.

To stream using the HBO Max app, download the HBO Max app and follow the Connect your provider steps before signing in to HBO Max the first time.
