Your provider is who you signed up through or who bills you for HBO Max.

How did you sign up?
If you signed up at HBOMax.com, you need to sign in with your HBO Max account (instead of choosing Sign in with a Provider).
On the sign-in screen, enter your account email and password and choose Sign In. If you need help signing in, see Can't sign in to HBO Max.
If you signed up through an appstore (Apple, Google Play, Roku, Samsung TV), you need to sign in with your HBO Max account (instead of choosing Sign in with a Provider).

The first time you sign in to HBO Max, choose Sign in with a provider and then choose who you subscribe through (for steps, see Sign in with a provider). Once you have an HBO Max account, you'll sign in with your HBO Max email and password.
Go to the Choose Your Provider page for a list of TV, internet, and wireless providers. If your provider is not listed, they may not support HBO Max at this time. See HBO Max providers.
