Unlink your HBO Max provider
If you connected your internet, mobile, or TV provider account to HBO Max, you can unlink your provider subscription from your HBO Max account.
Here’s how to unlink your internet, mobile, or TV provider subscription:
Go to hbomax.com/subscription and sign in (if prompted).
In the Billed Through {partner} section, choose Unlink Subscription (if available).
Choose Unlink Subscription to confirm.
