HBO Max Ad-Free and With Ads plans

HBO Max subscriptions are available through many providers (your provider is who you subscribe through or who bills you for HBO Max). Ad-Free - $15.99/month or $149.99/year (over 20% savings)

Which plan do I have?

Here's how to find your subscription plan:

  1. Open HBO Max or sign in to HBOMax.com on your computer. Can't sign in?
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Phone or tablet: Tap your profile (upper right), the Settings icon (cog, upper right), and then tap or scroll to Subscription.
    • Web: Sign in at HBOMax.com/account.
    • TV device: Choose the Settings icon (cog, lower left), then choose Account.
    • Computer: Choose your profile (upper right), then choose Settings, and find Subscription.
      (Subscription information is only available for Adult profiles).
  3. Here you'll find your current plan (Ad-Free or With Ads) and billing period (Monthly or Yearly).
How do I switch plans?

Depending on your provider, you may be able to change your subscription plan. Here's how:

  1. Open HBO Max or sign in to HBOMax.com on your computer. Can’t sign in?
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Phone or tablet: Tap your profile (upper right), the Settings icon (cog, upper right), and then tap or scroll to Subscription.
    • TV device: Choose the Settings icon (cog, lower left), then choose Account.
    • Computer: Choose your profile (upper right), then choose Settings, and find Subscription.
      (Subscription information is only available for Adult profiles).
  3. Take note of who your subscription is billed through and choose them below:
