When will my plan change take effect?

The effective date depends on the change:

  • If you change to a lower-priced plan or Monthly billing, your plan change will happen on your next billing date.
  • If you change to a higher-priced plan or Yearly billing, your plan change happens immediately. Google will give you a credit for the remaining time on your subscription and apply it to your new plan. Your next billing date will be adjusted once the credit is used.
My subscription is paused. What should I do?

If you're getting a 'Subscription Paused' message, it may be due to a payment error (or you may have paused your subscription).
