Sign in through Prime Video Channels

If you subscribe to HBO Max through Prime Video Channels, you can stream all of HBO Max using the HBO Max app. To do this, sign in to HBO Max using your Amazon account. Here's how:

1. Download the HBO Max app.
2. Open HBO Max, choose Sign In or Sign in to your account (go to complete sign-in steps).
3. Choose Sign in with a Provider.
4. Choose Prime Video Channels.
5. Sign in with your Amazon account (the account with your Amazon Prime membership and channel subscription).

If you subscribe to HBO Max through Prime Video Channels, you can stream all of HBO Max using the Prime Video app. Here's how:

1. Download the Prime Video app on your favorite device.
2. Open Prime Video and choose Sign In.
3. Enter your Amazon email and password and choose Sign In.

You can watch live HBO channels and on-demand HBO Max shows and movies using the Prime Video app.

If you're having trouble signing in to HBO Max:

1. Make sure you have an active subscription to HBO Max on Prime Video Channels. To do this, go to Manage Your Prime Video Channels and sign in with your Amazon email and password. Under Video Channels, make sure you have an active HBO Max subscription.
2. Make sure you're signing in with the Amazon account that has your HBO Max subscription (see sign-in steps above).
3. Sign in to the Prime Video app (or on your computer at amazon.com/video) and make sure you can stream HBO Max.

You can make changes to your HBO Max subscription at Manage your Prime Video Channels (if prompted, sign in to your Amazon account). Here you'll find your channel subscriptions and payment method. You can also choose to cancel a channel subscription.
