What are the terms and conditions of this offer?

HBO Max billed separately. Offer valid from 10/28/20 - 01/15/21. Promo code expires 02/15/21. Those who use the promo code to enroll and pay for two consecutive months of HBO Max service ($14.99) after the free trial converts to a paid subscription will receive a $25 Mastercard® reward card.
